Tropical Friend
We are located in a tropical and forest location. Bugs, rodents, ants, lizards, cockroaches and other pests are part of the environment and are endemic to the area.
We hire professional services to provide pest and animal control for inside and outside of the Cottage.
The mattresses and pillows are treated regularly, for your additional comfort, we provide insects sprays, should you still be sensitive, we recommend that you close all doors and windows for extra precaution.
Report Issue
You must contact us to report any issues that may arise during your stay and agree to allow us to remediate the problem as practicably possible.
Refund Policy
If we agree that you must vacate the property, you will only be entitled to a pro-rata refund for half the unused days only.
